Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by contacting us by email at support@customgameshop.com
RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Please note: Change-of-mind returns for orders bought or collected in person will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in exact same condition as when received, with the screen protectors + protective plastic film still attached to the items and in its original packaging. Items which are customized upon buyer request are non-returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN COSTS: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. Credit card processing fees (approximately 3%) and currency conversion fees (if applicable to your order) are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it.
REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM: If an item you’ve bought from us has arrived faulty you can return it within the 14 days, however, we’ll need to be notified regarding the return as soon as possible. Such orders can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or a like-for-like replacement.
CustomGameShop offers a 1-year guarantee on all items except consumables like batteries etc. If your item has developed a fault within this period, we’ll first try to repair it, if we’re unable to repair it we’ll replace it and if we’re unable to replace it, we’ll provide you with a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that any repairs done by a third party or physical damage caused to the item will void the warranty.
