Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped to you from Ireland via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €400 or the equivalent in your local currency. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR 1-3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

EUROPE: 3-7 working days

NORTH AMERICA: 5-9 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: 10-13 working days

 

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION: Taxes + duties will be included in the price, no additional charges will be incurred at customs.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION: Taxes + duties may incur when the package arrives in your country's local customs. If you would like an estimate on how much this charge will be, please send an email to support@customgameshop.com

 

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

CustomGameShop only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@customgameshop.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
